5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the reversal of the deposit and Account suspension pending investigation.
5.4 bmax88 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bmax88 bears no responsibility.
5.5 bmax88 is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by your bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment intermediary outside of bmax88's control.
5.6 All deposited funds are held separately and are not used for operational purposes. Player fund protection arrangements are maintained in accordance with bmax88's licensing obligations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bmax88 approves an alternative method following a written request and satisfactory verification.
6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification to bmax88's satisfaction. bmax88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account cashier. 6.4 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

7.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. When placing bets, Real Money Funds are generally utilised first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
7.3 All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds remaining after the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.

8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bmax88 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion.
8.3 In the event of an obvious or palpable error in the odds offered, bmax88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Account. "Obvious error" means a price that is manifestly incorrect given the market conditions at the time.
8.4 Live in-play betting markets — including PSL cricket in-play markets — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. bmax88 will not be held liable for any delays in live data feeds that may affect the timing of bet acceptance.
8.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface. bmax88 may apply individual Account stake limits at its discretion.
8.6 Bets once confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
8.7 In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market as published on the Platform.
9.1 All casino games available on bmax88 — including live dealer games, slots, arcade titles, and PP Live game shows — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics as applicable. 11.3 If an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, bmax88 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, without compensation to the Player.
11.4 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bmax88 support via live chat. Upon Account closure request, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bmax88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.4 In all cases where bmax88's liability is established, the maximum liability to any Player shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.
